Okay, so, today I was messing around with words, just for fun, you know? I got this idea to look up words that end with “jo”. Sounds kinda random, right? But I was curious.
First thing I did was fire up my browser and punched in something like, “words ending with jo”. Hit enter, and boom, a bunch of results popped up. Most of them were these word game helper sites. You know, the kind that helps you cheat at Scrabble or Words with Friends? Not really what I was after, but it was a start.
I clicked around a few of these sites. One of them had a list that caught my eye. It showed words like “banjo”, “dojo”, and even some weird ones like “azulejo” and “aparejo”. I recognized “banjo” and “dojo”, but the others? No clue.
Then, I stumbled upon another site that let me filter words. I typed in “jo” as the ending and saw a longer list. It was cool to see how many words actually end with those two letters. Some sites even gave the Scrabble score for each word. Like, did you know “azulejo” is a high-scoring word? Me neither!
After browsing a bit more, I found another list. It was a basic one, no fancy filters or anything. But it had some common words, along with a few oddballs. I copied this list to a text file, just to keep track of what I found. Here’s what I ended up with:
- agojo
- ajo
- aparejo
- atajo
- azulejo
- banjo
- brujo
- corojo
- cucujo
- cuiejo
- dojo
Honestly, I didn’t know what most of these words meant. I mean, “banjo” and “dojo” were easy. But “agojo”? “Brujo”? What the heck are those? I guess I could look them up later. Maybe they’re from another language or something.
So, yeah, that’s pretty much it. I started with a simple search, clicked around a few websites, and ended up with a list of words ending in “jo”. It wasn’t some big project or anything, just a fun little experiment. I learned a few new words, even if I don’t know what they mean yet. Might come in handy for a word game someday, who knows?
Anyway, that was my little word adventure for today. Maybe tomorrow I’ll try something different. Like, words starting with “xyz” or something crazy like that. We’ll see!
