Well, howdy there, y’all! Let me tell ya ’bout this Wilderness show, episode two, you know, the one on that fancy Prime Video thingy. My grandkid showed me, said it was all the rage.
So, this Liv and Will, they’re married, see? But things ain’t peachy. They’re on some kinda road trip, tryin’ to fix their marriage. Marriage is tough, I tell ya, like wringin’ water from a stone. You gotta work at it, ain’t no magic fix. Anyway, they go to this Yosemite place, all them big rocks and trees. Pretty, I guess, but give me a good cornfield any day.
But hold your horses! Just when Liv thinks she’s got it all figured out, bam! This other woman, Cara, shows up. Can you believe it? The nerve! Liv, she ain’t happy, not one bit. I tell ya, if a woman showed up messin’ with my man back in the day, I’d show her the business end of a broom!
- First, they’re all lovey-dovey, tryin’ to make things work.
- Then, boom! Cara arrives, and everything goes haywire.
- Liv gets real mad, and I mean, REAL mad.
This Cara, she’s somethin’ else. She sends Liv a message, real sassy like, sayin’ “Let’s stop talkin’ and DO IT. Leave. Tonight. 1 am at the waterfall.” Can you imagine? Girl’s got guts, I’ll give her that. But Liv, she ain’t no pushover, no sirree.
Now, the show, it’s kinda slow sometimes. My grandkid says it’s called “filler.” I say it’s just draggin’ its feet. Like, get on with it already! I watched all six episodes, though. Guess I was curious to see how it all shook out. Curiosity killed the cat, they say, but satisfaction brought it back. That’s what my old man used to say.
This episode four, things get real messy. Liv, she’s done somethin’, somethin’ bad, and now she’s gotta deal with it. Consequences, that’s what it’s all about. You do wrong, you pay the price. That’s what I always told my kids, and they turned out alright, mostly.
The whole thing, it’s about Liv and Will tryin’ to save their marriage, but there’s this Cara woman stirrin’ up trouble. And Liv, well, she’s got a plan, a dark one it seems. It’s all set in this wilderness place, which is pretty but kinda scary too. Reminds me of the woods back home, full of critters and who knows what else. You gotta be careful out there, same as in life, I reckon.
The show makes you think, you know? About love and lies and what people do when they’re pushed too far. Relationships are complicated, like a tangled ball of yarn. You gotta be patient and work at it, or things can go south real quick. And sometimes, even if you try your best, it just ain’t enough. That’s the hard truth of it.
So, yeah, that’s my take on Wilderness, episode two, and a bit more. It’s a wild ride, that’s for sure. Will they fix their marriage? What’s gonna happen with Cara? And what about Liv’s dark plan? I guess you gotta watch and see. But be warned, it ain’t all sunshine and roses. It’s more like storms and thorns, if you ask me.
And that wilderness setting, it’s somethin’ else. All them trees and mountains, it makes you feel small, you know? Like you’re just a tiny speck in this big ol’ world. Makes you think about things, about life and what it all means. I guess that’s what they were goin’ for, them fancy TV folks. Makes you think about nature, marriage, revenge… the whole shebang.
So, if you’re lookin’ for a show with some drama and twists and turns, give Wilderness a try. But don’t expect it to be easy watchin’. It’s gonna make you think, and maybe even make you a little uncomfortable. But hey, that’s life, ain’t it? Messy and complicated and full of surprises. Just like this here show. And if you ever get a message like that one from Cara, you just ignore it, you hear? Ain’t nothin’ good ever come from meetin’ someone at a waterfall at one in the morning. Trust me on that.
