Okay, so let’s talk about “THEM” episode 3. Man, things got a little crazy, didn’t they? I started watching this show because I heard it was about a black family moving into a white neighborhood back in the 50s. Figured it would be interesting, you know, seeing how they dealt with all that racism and stuff.
I set up the streaming on my laptop. Amazon Prime, is it? Got my snacks, got my drink, all settled in for a chill night.
The first couple of episodes were pretty intense. This family, the Emorys, they moved from North Carolina to Compton, trying to make a better life. But their neighbors? Total nightmares! The tension was thick, you could feel it through the screen.
Then I hit episode 3, and things started getting weird. Like, really weird. I was expecting the usual racist stuff, but then there’s this whole other layer of creepy, spooky things happening. It went from your everyday life to kinda supernatural.
There were three main theories floating around in my head about what’s going on. One, there is a ghost, maybe someone died in that house. Two, it is a curse, someone put a curse on the house because they hate black people. Three, the Emorys are losing their minds because of all the racist stuff they are going through.
I kept watching, trying to figure out which theory was right. The episode kept throwing me for a loop, switching between the real-life horror of racism and this other spooky stuff. Kept changing each theory.
By the end of the episode, I was leaning towards a real bad ghost, but I wasn’t totally sure. I mean, the Emorys were definitely going through it, but there was clearly something else messed up in that house.
What I Got Done:
- Watched “THEM” episode 3.
- Came up with some theories about what’s going on.
- Got totally sucked into the show.
Overall Impression:
Episode 3 of “THEM” took things to a whole new level. It added a layer of supernatural horror to the already intense story of a black family dealing with racism in the 1950s. It left me with more questions than answers, but in a good way. I’m definitely hooked and need to see what happens next. This show is crazy, in a good way! You never know what to expect.
