Okay, so I’ve been on this kick lately, digging into where they shot some of my favorite movies. And “Hall Pass”? Gotta know where that craziness went down. So I started digging, and here’s what my adventure looked like.
The First Steps…Googling, Of Course!
First things first, I fired up Google. I mean, where else do you start? I typed in “Hall Pass filming locations” and, boom, a bunch of stuff popped up. Some of it was kinda useless, but I found a couple of sites that seemed promising.
IMDB To The Rescue?
IMDB is always a good spot to check, so I hopped over there. They usually have a “filming locations” section. And, yup, they did! It listed a few places, mostly in Georgia, which made sense since a lot of movies film there now. I jotted down a few of the main spots:

- Atlanta, Georgia
- Cumming, Georgia
Diving Deeper with Movie-Locations dot com
I found this website, that seemed pretty dedicated to movie locations. It had a whole page on “Hall Pass”! This is where I started to get some more specifics. They mentioned a few places by name, so I could actually picture where the scenes happened.
Street View Recon
Armed with these location names, I went into full-on detective mode. I plugged them into Google Maps and used Street View to “walk around” and see if I could recognize anything. It’s kinda like a virtual location scout!.
Putting It All Together
So, after all this digging, what did I find?
Mostly confirm what I finded before, but I got a deeper research by Street View.
It was a fun little project, and it makes me want to rewatch the movie with a whole new perspective. Now, when I see those scenes, I can be like, “Hey, I (virtually) stood right there!”
