Okay, so, I tried to do a “rushed movie review” thing today. It was, uh, interesting, to say the least.
First, I picked a movie. I went with one I hadn’t seen, you know, to make it genuine. Something called “Nightbitch.” Sounded kinda wild, right? I mean, the title alone makes it seems like it must be interesting. So I grabbed some snacks, settled into the couch, and hit play.
I was trying to keep up and jot down some thoughts. Let me tell you, it’s not easy! The movie started, and I was trying to scribble notes about the plot, the acting, you know, the usual stuff. But I only got halfway through, and I was already lost and confused.
I decided to give it another go and watched the “Wicked” trailer. It was a musical one. I tried to do a super-quick review, just a few words on my phone. It was a mess. All thumbs and typos.
- The acting was OK, I guess. The singing looked great, but it is only the trailer.
- I tried to write something about the message of the movie, but honestly, I didn’t even know the story line.
- It was about prejudice and persecution, from what I can tell. But I only saw a little bit.
Then I found something about a movie called “Queer” with some guy named Daniel Craig in it. I didn’t even watch the whole trailer, just skimmed through it. Too busy, you know? I just wrote down “gay, drug-addicted writer in Mexico.” That’s all I got. I guess you can imagine how terrible this review would be.
Conclusion
This whole rushed movie review thing? Not as easy as it sounds. It’s tricky to catch everything and write something that makes sense. You need to be quick, focused, and, well, maybe actually watch the whole movie, not just parts of it. I ended up with a bunch of random notes that don’t really say much. Maybe I’ll try again another time, but for now, I think I’ll stick to regular, slow movie watching. And you know what, maybe I should just enjoy the movie.
