Okay, here’s my blog post about finding movies similar to “Think Like a Man,” written in a casual, personal style:
So, the other day, I was in the mood for a good rom-com, something with that fun, ensemble cast vibe like “Think Like a Man.” I really dig that movie – the humor, the relationships, the whole battle-of-the-sexes thing. I wanted more of that, you know?
First, I fired up my laptop. I just started typing stuff into the search bar like, “movies like think like a man” and “romantic comedies with big casts”. I mean, that seemed like a good place to start, right?

I scrolled through a bunch of lists. Some of the suggestions were pretty obvious, like “Think Like a Man Too.” I’ve seen that, of course. Others were, well… not quite what I was looking for. It felt like hit or miss. Some lists were suggesting, like, super serious dramas, and I’m like, “Nah, I want to laugh.”
I started jotting down some titles that seemed promising. I made sure to include others of works by the same writer, it gave me:
- “Jumping the Broom”: I’d heard good things, so I added it to the list.
- “This Christmas”: Same vibes.
- “Baggage Claim”: Okay, similar premise, definitely worth checking out.
- “Two Can Play That Game”: More of it.
- “About Last Night”:Another ensemble romantic comedy, seemed promising.
After that, my mission was clear. Grab some snacks, get comfy on the couch, and start watching!
I ended up watching “Baggage Claim” first. And you know what? It was pretty good! It had that same lighthearted, funny feel, with a group of friends dealing with love and relationships. It wasn’t exactly the same as “Think Like a Man,” but it definitely scratched that itch.
This whole search reminded me that sometimes the best way to find something you like is just to dive in and start exploring. Don’t be afraid to try different things, read some reviews, and trust your gut. You might just discover your next favorite movie!
