Okay, so, I was trying to find a picture of this Mary Lund Somerset person the other day. You know, just curious. I had watched this thing on Netflix, “Capturing the Killer Nurse,” and it got me thinking about the real people involved.
So, first thing I did was hop on Google. I mean, where else do you go when you want to find something, right? I typed in “Mary Lund Somerset picture” and hit enter. Loads of stuff came up, of course. Some links talked about how the character Linda in the show was probably based on this Mary Lund, who was a risk manager or something.
I clicked around a bit. There were a few mentions of her being on Facebook. So, naturally, I went over to Facebook and searched for her there. Found a few Mary Lunds, but it was hard to tell which one, if any, was the right one. It’s like, people can be anyone online, you know?
I went back to Google and started looking at images. There were a bunch of results from this Getty Images place. They had tons of pictures, but it seemed like they were all stock photos. You know, those generic pictures of people that you see on websites and stuff. They had “Mary Lund” in the title, but I wasn’t sure if they were actually her. It felt like I was going in circles.
I tried a few different searches, adding words like “authentic” and “real” to see if that would help. I saw some more articles and stuff about the Netflix show and how this Linda character is a “fictionalized version” of Mary Lund. Whatever that means.
- Tried searching on Google.

My Conclusion
Honestly, I didn’t really find a picture of her that I could be 100% sure about. It’s kind of weird, right? You’d think in this day and age, with everyone’s picture all over the internet, it would be easy to find someone. Maybe she’s just a private person. Or maybe the pictures are out there, and I just didn’t dig deep enough. Anyway, it was an interesting little adventure, even if I didn’t find exactly what I was looking for.
