This TV show, it’s called Lioness, you know? Episode 3, that’s the one I just saw. Well, lemme tell ya, it’s a real doozy. That girl, Cruz, she’s in a real pickle this time.
So, last time, that other gal, Aaliyah, she asked Cruz to some shindig. A party, fancy like. Cruz, she goes to this Chesapeake place. That’s where it all goes down, I reckon.
She’s driving, that Cruz, in one of them fancy cars, a Mercedes, I think it was. Right over that big bridge they got down there in Maryland. Chesapeake Bay Bridge. She’s going right into that fake life of hers. Zara, she calls herself. Like she’s some kinda rich girl or somethin’.
This episode, they call it “Along Came a Spider.” What’s that even mean? Spiders and all, they give me the creeps. Anyway, this Joe fella, he’s in charge of this whole Lioness thing. He’s testing that other girl. Josephina, I think her name is. Making sure she ain’t no spy, you see.
- Joe, he’s the boss man.
- Cruz, she’s the one in trouble.
- Aaliyah, she’s the one with the party.
- Josephina, she’s gotta prove she’s on our side.
That Josephina, she has to prove she’s a good gal. Wants to protect the country, she says. So Joe, he calls her daddy. Acts all sad, like she’s in big trouble. Court marshaled, they call it. Sounds serious, don’t it?
They say this whole thing is about the CIA. Fighting them terrorists. And it’s getting closer to home, they say. Joe, and this Kaitlyn woman, and Byron, they got a new girl. Another Lioness. They’re sending her into some kinda danger. Don’t know what it is yet, but it sounds bad.
Cruz, she got outta that mess last time. Joe and his team, they came and got her. In a boat, no less. But she’s all shook up, that Cruz. And she’s sad, I think. ‘Cause she might not see that Aaliyah again. It’s a mess, I tell ya, a real mess.
That Cruz, she’s a tough one, but even she looked scared. Driving that fancy car, going to that party. All undercover, they call it. She’s pretending to be someone she ain’t. It’s all part of the job, I guess. But it sure seems dangerous to me.
And this Josephina, she’s gotta prove herself. Crying on the phone to her daddy. All for show, I bet. Gotta make sure she’s not working for the bad guys. It’s all a big game, ain’t it? These government folks, they got all these secrets.
This show, Lioness Episode 3, it’s got me all riled up. All this spy stuff, and danger, and pretending. It’s a lot to take in. I don’t know how them young folks handle it all. Back in my day, things were simpler. We didn’t have all these fancy cars and secret missions.
You know what this reminds me of? That time old man Johnson’s prize-winning hog got loose. Caused a real ruckus in town. Everyone was chasing it, trying to catch it. This show is kinda like that. Everyone’s chasing something. Secrets, bad guys, you name it.
This whole thing with this new Lioness they’re bringing in, it’s like adding another pig to the pen. Just gonna make things more complicated, if you ask me. But what do I know? I’m just watching the show. It is about Lioness season 2, so maybe this happens a lot.
They say this Chesapeake place is important. That’s where a lot of the action happens. Must be a big deal, if they keep going back there. And this bridge, this Chesapeake Bay Bridge, it’s like a gateway to all this trouble. Cruz driving over it, she’s heading right into the lion’s den, as they say.
I’ll tell ya, this show keeps you on your toes. You never know what’s gonna happen next. One minute, Cruz is at a party, the next she’s being rescued in a boat. It’s a wild ride. I don’t know how they come up with all this stuff, but it sure is entertaining. I guess I just need to see Lioness Episode 4 to see what’s next.
