Okay, so, I decided to watch this show called “Jurassic World: Chaos Theory.” I’d seen some stuff about it online and it looked cool. Plus, I really liked “Camp Cretaceous,” and this is supposed to be like a grown-up version of that.
First off, I checked when it was set. Turns out it’s 2022, which is four years after that whole dinosaur auction mess at Lockwood Manor. I started watching, and I was immediately hooked! They took these kids from “Camp Cretaceous” and made them older, dealing with way more serious stuff.
The whole “chaos theory” thing is a big deal in this show. It’s about how one little thing can cause huge changes, you know? I spent a lot of time trying to figure out how that concept played out in each episode.
- The Good: The animation is great, way better than I expected. And the story, man, it kept me on the edge of my seat. I was constantly trying to guess what would happen next.
- The Bad: Sometimes the characters do some really dumb stuff. Like, yelling at each other about someone lying when they should probably be running from dinosaurs. I was rolling my eyes a few times, I won’t lie.
I binged the whole first season in like, two days. I was so into it. It was hard not to just keep hitting “next episode.” I even started looking up stuff about the actors and the people who made the show. I was that obsessed.
The show got me thinking about how all the “Jurassic” movies and shows are connected. I spent a good chunk of time trying to piece together the whole timeline. It’s like this huge puzzle, and I was determined to solve it.
I got some snacks, turned off the lights, and just got lost in the world of the show. My family probably thought I was crazy, talking to the TV and all.
My Overall Take
This show is a wild ride. I got super invested in the characters and their story. It’s definitely not just for kids. I’m an adult and I was completely hooked. And don’t even get me started on the cliffhangers! I can’t wait for the next season.
If you liked any of the “Jurassic” stuff before, you gotta watch this. It’s intense, it’s fun, and it makes you think. Just be prepared to lose a few days of your life because you won’t be able to stop watching! And be prepared to yell at the characters occasionally.
