Okay, so I’ve been on this movie-watching kick lately, right? And I stumbled upon this flick called “Happy Death Day.” Man, what a ride! It’s got this crazy thing where the main chick, Tree, keeps reliving her birthday, which also happens to be the day she gets murdered. Sounds messed up, I know, but it’s actually pretty cool and funny in a weird way. Anyway, it got me thinking, are there other movies out there that mess with time loops and stuff like “Happy Death Day” does?
So, I started digging around. First, I hit up my usual movie sites, typing in “movies similar to Happy Death Day” into the search bar. A bunch of stuff popped up, but it was mostly just lists and titles, not really anyone talking about them in detail. I did notice this one called “Before I Fall” kept coming up, so I made a mental note of that.

Then, I remembered this forum I used to hang out on, where people talk about all sorts of movies. I went there and asked around, “Hey, has anyone seen any movies like ‘Happy Death Day’?” A few folks chimed in. The Conclusion
- “Happy Death Day” is a trip. It’s like someone threw a slasher flick, a comedy, and a time-travel movie into a blender.
- “Before I Fall” seems like a good bet. It’s got that whole “reliving the same day” thing going on, just like “Happy Death Day.”
- There are probably tons of other movies out there. It’s not a lot to work with, but at least I have one good movie title to track down.
