Okay, so I got curious the other day about Dennis Potts. You know, the guy from “Coronation Street”? I was wondering if he was still around. So, I decided to do a little digging.
My Little Investigation
First, I jumped onto Google. Just a simple search, really. Typed in “Dennis Potts still alive.”
The results? Well, that’s where things got a bit clear, or rather, confirmed what I half-expected.
- I scrolled through some of the search snippets.
- Many of the results are talking about “Dennis Tanner”, is one of the original characters from the show.
- I find his information, including his born date and the actor who played him.
So, yeah, I kind of put two and two together. I realized then that, sadly, Dennis Potts, or rather, the character Dennis Tanner is still alive and returned in 2011, Philip Lowrie who played him has appeared in over 200 episodes since then.
It’s always a bit sad, so many actors passing these days. But, that’s the way it goes, I guess. At least I got my answer!
