Okay, so I got into this show, “Bosch: Legacy”, right? It’s a spin-off of “Bosch”, but you don’t really need to have seen the original to get into this one. Anyway, I’ve been binging season 2, and episode 8, man, it was a wild ride!
It all started right after that crazy crash. You know, the one where those bad guys, Ellis and Long, ran Harry and Mo off the road? Well, those two just took off, typical bad guy move. Harry got banged up a little, but Mo, he was fine, mostly just shaken up. They are tough. I started worrying that something serious would happen to them, but luckily it didn’t.
So, after making sure everyone’s alive, I moved on to the next scene. There’s this whole thing with the FBI searching a place. They were digging around, but honestly, they didn’t find much. But, and this is a big but, they did find this recording of Chandler, she’s a lawyer, threatening this Carl Rogers guy. Now that’s some juicy stuff, I thought to myself. This could change everything!
Then the episode started digging into some deeper stuff, like what’s right and what’s wrong. Like, is it okay to take revenge if someone did something horrible to you or someone you care about? It got me thinking, that’s for sure.
There was also this flashback, or maybe it was from season one, I don’t quite remember. It was about an explosion. Turns out, Bosch didn’t set up the bomb, but he did set it off, with Mo’s help. I remember watching that a while back, and it was a shocker. So, now Bosch is kinda in trouble for that, even though he had his reasons. The whole thing is just one big mess.
My Thoughts
- First off, the acting is solid. The guy who plays Harry Bosch, he’s great. You can really feel his intensity.
- The story, it’s got layers. It’s not just a simple cop show. There are so many personal conflicts going on.
- And the twists, oh man, they keep you guessing. Just when I thought I had it figured out, bam, something new happens.
I finished the episode, and I was just sitting there, like, “Wow.” I had to write all of this down to help process it and to share it with others. I mean, what’s going to happen next? I gotta keep watching, I gotta know. If you haven’t seen it, you should definitely check it out. It’s a good one!
