Okay, so the other day I was trying to find some movies similar to “About Last Night”. I really liked that movie and wanted to watch something in the same vein. Here’s how I went about it:
My Little Research Project
First, I fired up my computer. My initial thought was to simply Google it. You know, type in something like “movies like About Last Night” and see what pops up.
So, I opened my browser and typed in my query. Google, as always, delivered a bunch of results. I saw some websites with titles like “Best Romantic Comedies” and “Movies Similar to About Last Night”.
I started clicking through a few of these lists. I scrolled through, reading the movie titles and short descriptions. Some of them seemed promising, but I wasn’t totally sold on everything.
Then, I decided to get a bit more specific. I liked the 80s vibe of the original “About Last Night,”,I added “80s romantic comedies” to my search. That narrowed things down a bit and gave me some more relevant options.
I also remembered that “About Last Night” was based on a play. I did’t use the drama to search it,It’s no use.
I kept browsing, jotting down the names of movies that sounded interesting. I checked out a few trailers on YouTube to get a better feel for the movies. This helped me weed out a few that didn’t quite fit what I was looking for.
The Result
After spending a little time searching and refining my search, I ended up with a solid list of movies,like :
- When Harry Met Sally.
- Say Anything.
- Pretty Woman.
In all, it was a fun little movie-finding mission. Now, I have my movie to watch!.
