Alright, so today’s been a bit of a wild ride. I got this weird obsession with the “hudson funeral home murders” and, well, I dove headfirst into it. Let me tell you, it was a rabbit hole.
First, I started where everyone else starts, I guess – good old Google. I just typed in “hudson funeral home murders” and boom, a ton of stuff popped up. News articles, some blurry photos, even a couple of forum threads where people were, you know, speculating and stuff. I skimmed through a bunch of these, just trying to get a feel for the whole thing. It was pretty grim, to be honest. It was a couple of years ago so I guess that is why nothing is new on it.
After that, I tried to dig a little deeper. I found the name of the funeral home and tried to look it up directly. Most of what I found was pretty basic, you know, address, phone number, the usual stuff. No mention of the murders though, which, I guess makes sense. It’s bad publicity.
Then, I stumbled upon this website, I think it was a local news site, that had a whole timeline of the events. That was helpful. It laid out everything that happened, from when the bodies were discovered to when the suspect was arrested. Reading through that, I started to get a clearer picture of the whole thing.
I spent a good chunk of the afternoon just reading through different articles and reports. I even watched a couple of news clips about it on this video site. It was all pretty disturbing, but I couldn’t stop. It’s like, you know when you see a car crash and you can’t look away? It was like that.
Some Details I Found
- The Victims: There were three of them, all employees of the funeral home.
- The Suspect: Some guy who used to work there. Apparently, he had some kind of grudge.
- The Aftermath: The whole town was shaken up, obviously. The funeral home closed down for a while, then reopened under new management.
By the end of the day, I felt like I had a pretty good grasp of what happened. It’s a messed-up story, for sure. I don’t know why I got so obsessed with it, but it definitely gave me a lot to think about. I guess it’s just a reminder that you never really know what’s going on in people’s lives, or what they’re capable of.
Anyway, that was my day. Kind of dark, I know, but sometimes you just gotta follow your curiosity, right? Maybe tomorrow I’ll do something a little more cheerful. Or not. We’ll see.
