Today, I was on a roll, feeling that itch to dive into something new. I thought, why not figure out where I can watch those “How to Train Your Dragon” movies? You know, I’ve heard they’re pretty good, and I’m a sucker for a good animation.
So, I started with a simple search. I fired up my browser and typed in something like “where to watch How to Train Your Dragon movies.” Man, the internet is a goldmine of information. I found out that the first movie is on Max. That’s pretty convenient. I can just stream it whenever I want. Then, I learned that the sequel is on Peacock. Okay, not bad. I have a subscription there too, so I can totally watch the second movie without any issues.
But wait, there’s more! It turns out there are not only movies but also short films and a TV series. Who knew, right? I had no idea it was such a big franchise. This is getting interesting. I figured, if I’m going to watch these, I might as well do it in order. So, I dug a bit deeper and found a guide that listed everything in chronological order. Apparently, there’s a bunch of stuff I need to watch to get the full story.
I found some other sources saying the movies and shows are also on Netflix and ITVX. Well that will not be a problem. I can check them out too. I also read that Tubi offers free streaming of movies in many genres like Action, Horror, Sci-Fi, etc. But I didn’t check whether this franchise is on it. Maybe it’s worth a shot.
Here’s the fun part: I saw somewhere that the new live-action movie is going to star Mason Thames and Nico Parker as Hiccup and Astrid. It’s pretty cool to imagine real actors playing these characters. I also read a short description about the story. It’s about a young Viking named Hiccup who befriends a dragon, even though Vikings and dragons are supposed to be enemies. Sounds like a classic tale of friendship, right?
