Okay, so I was feeling a bit nostalgic the other day and wanted to watch a movie that gave me those warm, fuzzy feelings, you know? I remembered this flick from when I was a kid, “Little Manhattan,” and how much I loved it. So, I thought, why not find some other movies like that? Here’s what I did.

I scrolled through, and a few titles caught my eye. They even had little descriptions and ratings, which was helpful. I jotted down a few that sounded promising.

Then I stumbled upon another site, Filmaffinity, I think it was called? It’s like a social network for movie buffs, where you can rate and review stuff. I found some more recommendations there. I found a list for people who liked “Little Manhattan,” and it had a bunch more suggestions. Some of them were on other lists I’d seen, but there were a few new ones, too.

After a while, I had a pretty solid list of movies that seemed like they might capture that same feeling I got from “Little Manhattan.” I decided to start with one of the ones I found on Letterboxd, “Have Dreams, Will Travel.” I found it on a streaming service, made some popcorn, and settled in for a movie night.
