First, I jumped onto my computer and fired up the old search engine. I typed in something like “movies similar to Mr. Peabody & Sherman.” I know, not very creative, but hey, it was a start. The search engine spat out a bunch of results, but nothing really grabbed my attention. It was all just general stuff, you know?

Crowdsourcing the Info

Next, I thought, “Why not ask the people?” I headed over to some online movie forums and asked around. I got some solid recommendations there. People were talking about movies like “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse” and its sequel. I haven’t seen those yet, but they’re definitely on my radar now. Another site, a place for movie fans, seemed to have some good ideas as well, and it was easy enough to use.

Sifting Through the Suggestions

After gathering all these suggestions, I started to watch some trailers. I also read some reviews, you know, the ones from regular people, not just the fancy critics. I wanted to get a feel for what each movie was about and if it would really be something I’d enjoy. Rotten Tomatoes gave a pretty good rundown of “Mr. Peabody & Sherman,” saying it was “a surprisingly entertaining burst of colorful all-ages fun.” Yeah, that’s exactly what I was after!

My Findings

I even found out that there are sequels planned for “Mr. Peabody & Sherman”! Apparently, there’s one called “Peabody and Sherman: Forever” that’s supposed to come out in 2024. I got to keep an eye out for that one, for sure. Also, I read somewhere that some scenes in the movie might be a bit scary for really young kids, like with Egyptian snake statues and stuff. Good to know, I guess.

  • “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse” (and its sequel) – these came highly recommended, and they look awesome.
  • The “Trolls” movies – I already love these, so they’re a safe bet.
  • “Peabody and Sherman: Forever” – gotta watch out for this sequel!

So yeah, that’s my movie-hunting adventure in a nutshell. It was a fun little project, and now I have a bunch of new movies to check out. If you guys have any other suggestions, let me know in the comments! Later!
