Okay, so the other day I was trying to figure out what was on TV in Madison, and let me tell you, it was a bit of a journey.
I started by just googling “TV listings Madison” or something like that. I got a bunch of results, and I just started clicking through them.
- First, I saw a website that listed all the local channels, like for cable and stuff. That was kind of helpful, but I don’t have cable, so I kept looking.
- Then I found this one site that was supposed to have listings for antenna providers, which is what I have. But it was kind of messy, and I couldn’t really find what I was looking for.
- I remember seeing something about “Shark Week” but that wasn’t what I needed. I just wanted to see what was on regular TV tonight.
- I even found listings for specific channels, like CW (WMTV2) and ABC (WKOW), which was cool.
- Then there was a schedule for MeTV and one for Channel3000, which is apparently a local news channel that broadcasts all day every day.
- And then there’s this company called Gray that has journalists reporting and writing, but that’s not really TV listings.
So, I clicked around some more and finally found a few sites that seemed to have decent listings for Madison. I could see what was on CBS (WISC-TV, which I think is channel 3) and MyNetworkTV, and also ABC on WKOW, which I guess is channel 27.
It took a bit of digging, but I eventually figured it out. It wasn’t super straightforward, but hey, I got there in the end. Now I know where to go next time I want to see what’s on TV here in Madison. I gotta say, it’s a bit more complicated than it used to be, but that’s the way it goes, I guess. But yeah, that’s my little story about finding TV listings in Madison.
