That movie, Le Trou, it’s somethin’ else. I watched it the other day, and my oh my, it kept me on the edge of my seat the whole time! It’s about these fellas in a French jail, tryin’ to bust out. They in this place called La Sante, I think. Sounds fancy, but it ain’t. It’s a real tough joint, been there since, like, 1867. Lots of folks got locked up there, I reckon.
So, there’s this new guy, Claude, he gets thrown in with these other four. Now, these four, they’ve been schemin’ for a while. They’re gonna dig their way outta there! They got this plan, see, to dig a tunnel right under the jail. Hard work, let me tell ya. They’re usin’ everything they got, their hands, spoons, whatever they can find. I tell ya, it really shows what a man can do when he’s got that fire in his belly. It is all about Le Trou ending explained.
