Some folks say Forrest Gump is kinda similar too, in a way. Now, Forrest ain’t fightin’ no big company, but he’s fightin’ his own battles, ya know? And he never gives up. He just keeps on keepin’ on, like a good ol’ mule. It’s got a more positive feelin’ than Dark Waters, for sure, but it’s still about a person overcoming tough times.
