Watch Tomorrow KDrama? Heres My Full Review

Alright, alright, let me tell ya ’bout this “Tomorrow” show, the Korean drama thingy. Don’t expect no fancy words from me, I just tell it like it is, ya know?

So, this “Tomorrow” ain’t your usual lovey-dovey stuff, though there’s a bit of that too, kinda. It’s mostly ’bout them folks who wanna, well, you know… kick the bucket. Real sad stuff, makes you think. These grim reapers, Ryeon and Joong-il, they gotta deal with it, try to stop ’em from doing somethin’ stupid.

Now, these grim reapers, they ain’t scary like in them horror movies. They got their own stories, their own problems. And the folks they tryin’ to save, oh boy, some of ’em just break your heart. There was this one episode, number six I think, about this war fella… tears just flowed, I tell ya. Real tearjerker, that one.

  • The actors, they did a good job. Made me believe they were really them characters, sufferin’ and all.
  • And them little side stories, even though they were short, they were cute, ya know? Like little sprinkles on top of a cake.

But, not everything’s perfect, mind you. Some things, they just didn’t explain, left me scratchin’ my head. Like, why this, why that? And the endin’, it had a twist, a big one! Didn’t see that comin’ at all! That’s what made it kinda special though.

I heard folks sayin’ “Legend of the Blue Sea” is the best Korean drama. Maybe, maybe not. I ain’t seen that one yet. But “Tomorrow,” it got somethin’ special, somethin’ real. It ain’t just about pretty faces and fancy clothes. It’s about life and death, ’bout findin’ hope when you think there ain’t none left. It makes you think about life, you know? Like, what’s it all about?

Now, some folks, they just wanna watch stuff for free. Download this, download that. I ain’t got nothin’ against that, I guess. But watchin’ it proper, on the TV, that’s different. You really get into it, feel what them characters feelin’. At least that’s how it is for me.

There’s romance in it, yeah, but it ain’t the main thing. It’s kinda like the glue that holds everything together. And the cryin’, oh lord, I cried buckets watchin’ this show. Multiple episodes, just had me sobbin’. It was that touchin’. But, and there’s always a but, ain’t there? Some parts dragged a bit, and like I said, some things just didn’t make no sense.

Overall, though, I’d say it’s a good show. Not perfect, but good. Makes you think, makes you feel. And ain’t that what a good story’s supposed to do? If you’re lookin’ for somethin’ different, somethin’ with a bit of heart, give “Tomorrow” a try. Just be ready to shed a few tears, ya hear?

So, if I had to give it a number, maybe a seven or eight outta ten. It ain’t the best ever, but it’s worth watchin’. Just my two cents, ya know? Don’t go blamin’ me if you don’t like it! Everyone’s got their own taste, after all.

And that’s all I gotta say ‘bout that. Go watch it yourself and see if this old lady knows what she’s talkin’ about.
