Hey there, y’all! Let’s talk about them Jason Voorhees posters. You know, the scary fella from them Friday the 13th movies? Yeah, that one with the mask. Scared the bejeebers outta me the first time I saw it, lemme tell ya.
Now, I ain’t no expert on fancy art or nothin’, but I know what I like. And let me tell you, some of them Jason posters are right purdy… in a creepy kinda way, you know? I seen some with him just standin’ there, all menacing-like, with that machete of his. Gives me the shivers just thinkin’ about it.
But then there’s others, more… artistic, I guess you’d say. Seen one where he’s kinda blurry, like he’s movin’ fast, comin’ right at ya! That one made my heart jump, for sure. And some of ’em got blood splattered all over… well, it ain’t real blood, of course, but it looks scary enough. My grandson, he loves that kinda stuff. Says it’s “cool.” Kids these days, I tell ya!
So, where d’ya get these posters, you ask? Well, seems like everywhere these days! My grandson, he’s always on that there “internet” thingy. Says you can find all sorts of Jason posters on somethin’ called “eBay”. Says they got a whole bunch, cheap too. And somethin’ about “free shippin’”. Don’t know what that means, but sounds like a good deal, right?
He also showed me some other places, said they got “unique” and “custom” posters. Guess that means they ain’t just the regular ones you see everywhere. One place, he said they got posters printed on “metal”. Metal! Can you believe it? Said they’re real sturdy, won’t tear easy. And they come ready to hang, so you don’t gotta mess around with nails and hammers and such.
- Scary Jason Posters: The ones with him just standin’ there, lookin’ mean. Those are good for scarin’ the pants off folks.
- Action Jason Posters: The ones where he’s movin’ or killin’ folks. Those are good for… well, I don’t rightly know what they’re good for, but the kids like ’em.
- Artsy Jason Posters: The ones that are more… fancy-like. You know, with different colors and stuff. Those are good for… decoratin’, I guess.
- Cheap Jason Posters: If you ain’t got much money, you can find cheap ones on that eBay thing. Just as scary, but less money outta your pocket.
- Fancy Jason Posters: If you got money to burn, you can get them metal ones, or them custom ones. They’ll last longer, and they’ll look real nice… or real scary, dependin’ on how you look at it.
Now, I ain’t gonna lie, I don’t rightly understand why folks wanna hang pictures of a killer on their walls. But to each their own, I always say. If it makes ya happy, then go for it. Just don’t blame me if you have nightmares!
And if you’re thinkin’ about gettin’ a Jason costume for that Halloween thing, well, that’s a whole ‘nother story. My grandson, he wanted one last year. Scared the daylights outta the neighbor’s dog, he did. Ended up havin’ to give the dog extra treats to make up for it.
But back to them posters. If you’re lookin’ for a Jason Voorhees poster, you got plenty of choices. Just decide what kinda scary you want, and how much money you wanna spend. And if you see one that looks blurry and comin’ at ya… well, maybe just close your eyes and walk away. That’s what I’d do, anyhow.
And remember, it’s all just make-believe, like them stories they tell on the TV. Jason ain’t real… least, I hope he ain’t real! But them posters sure do look real enough, don’t they?

And don’t forget to check the size before you buy! Wouldn’t want to get a poster that’s too small, or too big, for your wall. My grandson, he got one once that was so big, it covered the whole dang door! Had to trim it down, we did.
Oh, and one last thing! Some of them posters, they got this thing called “digital”. Don’t rightly know what that means, but my grandson says it’s somethin’ about computers. Guess it makes the pictures look better or somethin’. Like I said, kids these days!
