Well, lemme tell ya ’bout this here Legacy Shave thing, seen it on that Shark Tank show. Y’know, the one where them rich folks decide if they wanna throw money at ya or not. This fella, he comes on with this brush thingy, goes right on top of your shaving cream can. Now, I ain’t used shaving cream in ages, soap and water does the trick for me, but this thing, it looked kinda nifty.
So, this fella, he gets on the show, and he’s askin’ for money, a whole lotta it. And Lori, that lady with the smile, she says she’ll give him the money, but she wants a big ol’ piece of his pie. Like, almost the whole pie! And he says yes! Can ya believe it? Guess he figured somethin’ is better than nothin’.
- They say he got $700,000 from her. That’s a lotta zeros, ain’t it?
- And she took 95% of his company. He’s left with just a little sliver.
Now, they’re sayin’ his little brush thingy is worth a whole lot more now. Millions, they say! And he’s sold a bunch of ’em, too. Hundreds of thousands! Makes ya wonder if he did the right thing, givin’ up so much of his company. But hey, he’s got that money now, and maybe that’s all he wanted.
He says he sells the whole thing, brush and all, for $24.95. And just the brush, that’s $19.95. And it don’t cost him much to make, neither. Just a few bucks. He’s makin’ a pretty penny, that’s for sure.
People who bought it, they seem to like it. Say it makes shavin’ easier, less messy. Guess that’s somethin’. My old soap works just fine, but maybe these young folks like things fancy.
That Shark Tank show, it makes ya dream, don’t it? All these people comin’ up with ideas, hopin’ to get rich. Some do, like this fella, even if he gave up most of his company. And some don’t. That’s life, I guess.
They say the most successful thing on that show, some socks or somethin’, made billions! Billions! Can ya imagine? Socks! Who knew socks could make ya that rich? This brush ain’t no socks, but it seems to be doin’ alright.
So, there ya have it. That’s the story of that Legacy Shave and their Shark Tank deal. A fella with a brush, a lady with a lotta money, and a whole lotta shavin’ goin’ on. Who knows what’ll happen next? Maybe he’ll buy back his company, or maybe he’ll come up with somethin’ new. We’ll just have to wait and see.
