Well, let me tell ya, if you ain’t watched the final episode of Criminal Record yet, you best sit down with a cuppa and get ready, ’cause things get mighty twisty at the end. It’s like when you think you know who done it, but then the rug gets pulled out from under you, and you’re left standing there, scratching your head!
The whole thing started off so simple-like, didn’t it? Adelaide Burrowes, poor woman, ends up dead, and everyone’s tryin’ to figure out who put her six feet under. You got all these folks involved, but it wasn’t until the very last minute that we finally get to the bottom of it. I tell ya, I didn’t see it comin’!
Now, in the final moments of the Criminal Record finale, it all comes together. Turns out the real killer was Stefan Ash—yes, that sneaky fella who’d been hiding in plain sight this whole time. He was involved with Tony, who was his informant and all that business, but it was him all along. And I don’t know about you, but that sure did surprise me! I thought for sure it was gonna be someone else, like the fella who always seemed too obvious to be guilty, but nope, it was Stefan.
So, what does that mean for poor Errol Mathis? Well, bless his heart, after all this time, they finally realize he wasn’t the one who did it, and they let him go. He’s all teary-eyed, gettin’ to hug his boy again, and it’s like a little bit of good news in a whole mess of bad. Errol’s a good man, just caught up in something bigger than he understood. You can’t help but feel for him, after all he’s been through.
But hold on, it ain’t over yet! You see, once Errol is free, he goes on to make a memorial for Adelaide and his mama, and that’s a sweet, sad moment. But even with all that closure, there’s still somethin’ that feels a little rushed in the finale. They reveal who did it, but it’s like they didn’t quite take the time to let it all sink in. Kinda like when you’re makin’ pie and you rush it, and the crust don’t turn out quite right. It just doesn’t have that smooth finish you were hopin’ for.
The whole thing, from the beginning to the end, had me on the edge of my seat, though, I’ll give it that. It’s like when you’re walkin’ down the road and you see a big ol’ hill comin’ up ahead, and you know it’s gonna be a tough climb. But you keep goin’ anyway, because you just gotta know what’s on the other side. And by the end, well, you find out, and it’s somethin’ you didn’t expect, for better or worse.
Now, I reckon that’s all there is to say about the finale. If you’re lookin’ for a nice, neat, wrapped-up story, this one don’t exactly fit the bill. But if you like surprises, and you’re willin’ to sit through a little bit of confusion along the way, then you might just find it worth your while. The Criminal Record finale might’ve left a few questions unanswered, but sometimes, life don’t give ya all the answers, does it?
So, there you have it. That’s the story of Adelaide Burrowes, Stefan Ash, and all the folks caught up in this mess. And I reckon that’s about all I’ve got to say on the matter. If you still got questions, well, you might have to watch it again, ‘cause it sure don’t give everything away right off the bat.
