- Then there’s this “Glee” thing. It ain’t a movie, it’s one of them TV shows. But my niece says it’s all about a singin’ club in a high school. Kids singin’ and dancin’, just like in “Pitch Perfect”. Sounds noisy to me, but the young’uns like it.

My niece told me about this “The Breakfast Club” movie. Said it’s got some of the same actors or somethin’. I don’t know about that, but she said it’s a good one. If you want somethin’ a little different but still got that singin’ vibe, there’s movies like “Sister Act“. That one’s about a singer hidin’ in a convent, teachin’ them nuns how to sing. Now that’s a funny thought, ain’t it? Nuns singin’ like them kids in “Pitch Perfect”. Makes you chuckle just thinkin’ about it.
My niece also babbled on about some website where people vote on movies and say which ones they like. Sounded like a whole lotta fuss to me. I just ask her what’s good and she tells me. Simpler that way, I reckon. She calls it “Filmaffinity”. Kids these days and their fancy gadgets.
